This all depends on Mother Nature of course, but this is our plan!

JANUARY
Ginger arrives and we start to sprout it.

FEBRUARY
Start tomato seeds. Order seeds from us and we can bring them to market for you.

MARCH
Planting begins in full force for the Farmers Market season

APRIL
Plant cabbage, kale, spinach and strawberries.

MAY
Planting and harvesting first greens.
